2. Where do you ship? We ship nationwide to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 – Free on all orders, no minimum (our top choice for most customers!).
  • Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $10 – Affordable slower option.

Times are business days (excluding weekends/holidays) and estimates only; tracking included on every order.

4. How are orders packaged? We pack with care to keep your shoes pristine – wrapped in tissue, protected in boxes (original or reinforced), and shipped in sturdy outer packaging. No damage, just excitement when you open the box!

5. What is your return policy? Simple and customer-friendly: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery if shoes are unworn, with tags attached, in original condition and packaging. Contact us first for approval and return details. Buyer covers return shipping unless the item is defective/damaged (we handle it fully).

6. Are your shoes authentic and high quality? Yes – we source premium, durable footwear from trusted suppliers with quality materials like leather, suede, mesh, and high-performance soles. Authentic styles designed for real wear and lasting comfort.

7. How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track it directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
